I am excited to share our offering to a small group of women at Mount Shasta this summer.
If you love nature, crystals, contemplation, yoga & movement, vibrant nourishing food, play & rest plus mystical & sacred experiences, then this retreat is for you!
Mount Shasta is one of the 7 sacred mountains of the world, and is considered the root chakra of the earth. The mountain is located 5 hours from the San Francisco Bay area and can be seen further than Redding when driving north.
Thousands of people from all over the world have said that they were “called to the Mountain.” Are you one of them?
I personally was introduced to Mount Shasta in my early 20’s and got married there at 26. I wasn’t aware of all the mystical & sacredness of this land then but was reunited 10 years ago & spent 5 years camping alone on the mountain before I knew anyone in town.
Over the years I was led to caves, vortexes, rivers & meadows for my work: healings, attunements & activations that assisted on a journey of personal empowerment & returning my wholeness that always existed within me.
I later did a Ceremony called Hatun Karpay (a Peruvian Cosmology) with Juan Del Prado working with the energies of the land, waters, and trees in & around Mount Shasta.
5 years ago I began teaching the Crystal Grid Sound Journey class in town & have a beautiful community I call my soul family from years of visiting this sacred land.

July 16-20, 2026 Evolutionary Embodiment Retreat in Mt Shasta. You are paying for 1 full-sized bed in a private upstairs room. Please note that all bathrooms are shared and located downstairs. All retreat activities plus meals from Thursday dinner through Monday breakfast are included.
Cancellation policy:
Fully refundable until 11:59pm PT on April 30, 2026. Starting May 1, 2026, If something comes up and you need to cancel, and someone on our waitlist is able to take your spot, we refund you less a $300 administration fee. Please note: we cannot ensure that someone would be able to replace your spot - therefore, we cannot guarantee a refund. However, we always try our very best to fill the spot and refund you. If you have travel insurance then you would be reimbursed through insurance in the case of sickness or other emergency. One of the reasons we highly recommend it!

You may put the name of your preferred roommate in the notes if you plan to room with someone. Please note that all bathrooms are shared and located downstairs. All retreat activities plus meals from Thursday dinner through Monday breakfast are included.

You may put the name of your preferred roommate(s) in the notes if you plan to room with someone. Please note that all bathrooms are shared and located downstairs. All retreat activities plus meals from Thursday dinner through Monday breakfast are included.

A $500 deposit saves your spot and the remaining balance will be split in 2-3 payments depending on when you place your deposit. A small processing fee applies and the entire balance is due by June 7th.
